So last week we had Landon say bye bye to the pacifier. He only had it for naps and at bedtime but he really hunted for that thing to go to sleep. One of my friends told me to hide it under the bumper pads, but he would still find it. So finally Troy said that it was time for him to man up. For anyone out there who has heard that it only takes 3 nights but doesn't believe them, it really does work in 3 nights. The first night took an hour for him to go to sleep. The second night took 3o minutes. The third night he cried for about 10 minutes then talked for 20. The 4th night he talked himself to sleep. I was amazed that he could do it and glad that we did it now instead of later when he can ask for it.
So I thought everyone might want to chuckle with us about how he falls asleep. It is so cute to see him. And yes, he loves that blanket.
